World Bread Day 2019-2020: Celebrating Innovation and Tradition in Baking

In 2019, the Philippine Society of Baking, traveled across the Philippines, from Metro Manila to Bacolod and Iloilo, conducting outreach programs to teach and inspire young bakers, nurturing the future of the baking industry. When the pandemic hit in 2020, we shifted our focus to giving back to the community, providing tens of thousands of breads to frontliners, supporting those on the front lines during these challenging times.
